Electrum Stratis Wallet wallet review

Electrum Stratis Wallet
Complex Ease of use,  High Privacy,  User Private Keys Stored

Electrum Stratis Wallet is based on the original Electrum wallet and is a joint github project to support Stratis coin. The Electrum Stratis Wallet allows users to store and send Stratis. Because it is a GitHub project created by volunteers (users) it's pretty hard to follow if you don't have a technical background.

The core functionality for the Electrum Stratis Wallet is pretty basic, rudimentary, it's just a wallet where you store your coins. The installation process is pretty complex so it's not recommended for the average user. Information received from the servers is verified using SPV. Servers are authenticated using SSL.

You will need some server knowledge to setup this wallet since need to input command in a command line interface. Design is not a major feature of this wallet. It is really a do it yourself project that is best for developers.

Summary:

This is a GitHub project supported by users and volunteer developers it is not a commercial product. As such the design and functionality are limited and the set up is complex. Developers with advanced knowledge will enjoy the open source nature of this project and even have the opportunity to contribute.
