BitGrail is a digital currency exchange platform based in Italy that offers support mainly for the purchase or sale of Raiblocks (XRB). Users can also trade other better-known digital coins like LTC, ETH, LSK, DOGE, BTG, BCC, or CFT for BTC. Fees on the exchange are decent. BitGrail is suitable for users who want a fast and easy way to exchange Raiblocks for other cryptocurrencies.

The BitGrail interface has a clean design and the basic functionalities necessary for a small exchange platform to operate. Users can easily navigate through the platform's options in order to buy or sell cryptocurrencies. The exchange implements basic know-your-customer (KYC) policies. Their help (FAQ) section is not working and most of the customer support is provided through Twitter.

The platform does not offer much information regarding its security practices and private key storage methods. In February 2018, 150 million USD worth of Raiblocks were stolen from the exchange. The platform founders claim the breach was due to flaws in the Nano network (the company that issues Raiblocks), and therefore, not the fault of BitGrail. To date, the disagreement is still unsettled.
