Airbitz is a small privately held company, headquartered in San Diego, CA founded by Paul Puey, Scott Morgan, Tim Horton, William Swanson, and Damian Cutillo. Airbitz has 2 factor authentication, and your private keys are stored locally on your device. They also offer cloud back-up for your private keys and password recovery which suggests they also have access to your account. The strongest point of this wallet is its Edge Security package, which includes Client-Side Encryption, Automatic Back-up and Rollback.
